At Primrose Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the jewellery back in its original Primrose gift box and secure it in a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
